4 Intrepid cooks from the Royal Gwent Hospital are set to raise money for the Sparkle Appeal by undertaking the 3 Peaks Challenge.
The sky's the limit!!

FOUR hospital cooks will swap their whisks for walking poles to complete the Three Peaks Challenge in aid of the Sparkle Appeal.
Michael Downes, 46, David Watson, 46, Edress Ahmed, 29, and Martin Phillips, 28, who all work at Newport’s Royal Gwent Hospital kitchen, will set off on June 28 to Scotland where they will scale the country’s tallest mountain Ben Nevis.
From there they will head to England’s Scafell Pike before finishing at Snowdon in north Wales - all in just 24 hours.
The friends, all from Newport, will be joined by Tracey Channing and Bob Marwick, both 47, who will take it in turns to drive them to each of the locations.
The team was given a £2,000 donation by public sector trade union Unison to help fund the trip and they hope to raise around £3,000 for the Sparkle Appeal.
