Serennu Children’s Centre has recently received a lovely hand carved ‘Tree of Hope’ that is now on display in our reception area. The team at Restore@Woodshed at St Cadocs Hospital, with the sup-port of Growing Space, created the tree and it has been designed for staff, patients & the community to place a few words or an item on the tree that is special to them and signifies their hopes for the future. The Woodshed have made 30 of these beautiful trees that will be placed around various Health Board sites. The ‘Tree of Hope’ shows the strength & unity of the Health Board in these challenging times and helps us to find our hopes for the future at the end of the rainbow. We invite all staff & visitors to hang messages or symbols of hope on the branches of the tree but if you are not at Serennu Centre in the near future but would like a message placed onto the tree, please let our Family Liaison Officers know and they would be happy to write the message on your behalf. You can contact our Family Liaison Officers via email at or telephone on 01633 748013.
