Supervisor (Independent Living Skills)

Job Purpose: To supervise Sparkle's Independent Living Skills club for young people with disabilities/developmental difficulties as they transition to adulthood, ensuring quality provisions are delivered within a safe and stimulating environment. 

 

Business Development Manager

Job Purpose: Launch, implement and run innovative income generating projects to maximise donations to Sparkle and look after existing donors and build on relationships created to ensure fundraising potential is optimised. 

 

Communications, Community Fundraising and Events Officer

Job Purpose: Develop and lead on both internal and external communications, ensuring all Sparkle supporters/stakeholders are fully briefed and aware of all Sparkle activities. Assist in identifying, promoting and delivering fundraising initiatives, activities and campaigns. 

 

Play Worker

Job Purpose: Assist in day-to-day organisation of leisure services in Gwent, ensuring quality play activities are facilitated within a safe and stimulating environment.

HR Trustee: We are seeking Board members who can bring passion and enthusiasm for what we do, and use their senior HR/legal skills and knowledge to support our senior management team and the charity as a whole.

 

 

Marketing VolunteerTo support the Sparkle Marketing team with a range of duties. Helping to raise vital funds for Sparkle by using your local knowledge to engage further support for our cause.

 

 

Nevill Hall Admin VolunteerThe main role of the general admin support volunteer is to undertake basic admin and database functions. The volunteer will carry out volunteer duties alongside admin staff employed by Sparkle and will also be required to undertake specific tasks as identified below.

 

Fundraising VolunteerTo support the Sparkle Fundraising team with a range of fundraising duties. Helping to raise vital funds for Sparkle by using your local knowledge to engage further support for our cause.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sports & Activities Volunteer: The role of the sports & activities volunteer is to run a session unsupervised or assist with sport & activity sessions for children & young people with a disability and/or developmental difficulty providing them with the opportunity to take part in activities, meet new people and develop skills.
