Police Women In Leadership Conference

At the recent Police Women In Leadership Conference that was hosted by Gwent Police, Sparkle were privileged to be the chosen charity of the event. It was an inspirational occasion and we were made very welcome. We also had the opportunity to present to the attendees Sparkle services and support available, and many people commented on the good work that the charity achieves. The kind donations raised a total of £460.79 which was presented by Assistant Chief Constable Rhiannon Kirk to Ian Thomas, Sparkle Family Liaison Officer based at Nevill Hall Children’s Centre. Annalea Kift from Gwent Police did a fantastic job on the cake stall, encouraging everyone to indulge in the tasty bakes. We would like to say a big thank you for our invitation to attend and also thank everyone involved for your hard work and generosity supporting the Sparkle Appeal.
