Some Gifts Can’t Be Wrapped
Christmas is a time for giving, sharing joy and making special memories. But some of the most meaningful gifts don’t come wrapped in paper or tied with a bow.
For the children, young people and families supported by Sparkle, a gift might be the chance to make a friend, try something new, enjoy a moment of independence or find someone who understands.
These are the gifts that really matter. And with your help, we can keep giving them.
This Christmas, we’re inviting families, friends, schools, businesses and our wonderful local community to come together, have some festive fun and help raise vital funds for Sparkle.
There are lots of ways to get involved, from dressing up as an elf to adding a star to our Christmas tree or trying your luck in our festive raffle.
However you choose to support us, you’ll be helping create more of those special moments for children and young people with disabilities and developmental difficulties across Gwent.
Because some gifts can’t be wrapped, but together, we can help make them possible.
Elf Care Day
A little elfing around for a wonderful cause!
On Tuesday 1 December 2026, it's time to dig out your elf hats, Christmas jumpers and festive accessories!
This Giving Tuesday, we're inviting schools, workplaces, community groups and families to join in the fun for Sparkle's Elf-Care Day, bringing people together to spread Christmas cheer and raise money for Sparkle.
Whether it's a festive dress-up day, a bake sale or a little Christmas fundraising fun, everyone is welcome to take part.

A Tree Full of Stars
Every star has a little sparkle behind it.
This Christmas, we're inviting you to help decorate our showcase Christmas tree at Serennu by sponsoring a star.
Dedicate your star to someone special with a name or personal message, celebrate a friendship or simply add your own little sparkle to the branches.
With stars starting at just £5, everyone can be part of our festive display. Schools, community groups and businesses can also get involved through our larger sponsorship options, including our Shining Star Sponsor at £500+.
As the stars begin to fill the branches, they'll become a beautiful reminder of the kindness, generosity and community spirit that make Sparkle so special.

Sparkle Christmas Raffle
Fancy a little Christmas surprise?
Our Christmas Raffle is a lovely way to support Sparkle while giving yourself the chance to win some fantastic prizes!
Every ticket helps us raise funds to continue providing activities, experiences and support for children and young people with disabilities and their families.
So why not spread a little festive cheer, try your luck and maybe even win yourself an early Christmas present?

Not everyone can take part in a fundraising event, and that’s absolutely fine. There are still ways to make a difference.
