Youth club provides young people with the opportunity to have fun and socialise with others in a safe environment. With the groups involving young people being supported to develop new skills including:

• Friendships
• Confidence and self esteem
• Independence
 

Play Club

Our fun-tastic play club encourages children to be independent and have fun whilst experiencing a variety of play activities. The club will encourage and support children to develop new skills, such as:

• Sharing
• Friendships
• Confidence
 

Swimming Lessons

Monday
Age 5 - 17 @ 6 - 7.30pm

Swimming lessons at Serennu Children's Centre offer an opportunity for children and young people with a disability or developmental difficulty to learn to swim. We deliver two nationally recognised swimming programmes - the ‘Rockhopper’ and ‘ASA Learn to swim pathway’.
 

Family Swim

Saturday
All ages @ 12 - 12.30pm
& 12.30 - 1pm

Booking required. Family swim at Serennu Children's Centre offers an opportunity for children and young people to spend quality time with their family in the water.
 

Medicinema

Tuesday & Wednesday
@ 6pm

Saturday
@ 10.30am

Booking required. Come and watch a 2D or 3D film as a family! The cinema at Serennu Children's Centre in Newport has 50+ seats and has been specifically designed to comfortably accommodate children and young people who have a disability and/or developmental difficulty as well as their families.
